1. IntroductionThese Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the purchase, access, and use of all digital products provided by Crazy Logo (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) through the website crazylogos.com (“Website”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any digital product (“Product”), the user (“User”, “You”) acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.
If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not purchase, download, or use any Product from Crazy Logo.
Use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Digital ProductsCrazy Logo provides digital design assets, including but not limited to:

• logo templates
• graphic styles
• vector elements
• visual identity components
• demonstration files and preview graphics

All Products are delivered digitally via download links.
No physical items are shipped.
Products are provided “AS IS” with no guarantee of compatibility with all software versions or future updates.

3. License Type — One User / One ComputerUpon purchase, Crazy Logo grants the User a non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable license to use the Product:

• by one (1) individual person,
• installed on one (1) computer,
• for both personal and commercial work.

This universal license replaces Personal, Commercial, and Extended licenses.
All Users receive the same rights.
Additional users or computers require additional licenses.

4. Permitted UseUnder this license, the User may:
4.1. Use the digital assets in unlimited commercial and personal projects.
4.2. Modify, adapt, or transform the files.
4.3. Create final designs for clients, including logos, branding, packaging, print materials, digital graphics, and marketing materials.
4.4. Deliver final, flattened, non-editable designs to clients.
4.5. Store one (1) secure backup copy for personal use only.

5. Restrictions (You May NOT)The User may NOT:
5.1. Share, resell, distribute, gift, or upload the editable source files in any form.
5.2. Allow coworkers, assistants, freelancers, subcontractors, or clients to access the editable files.
5.3. Install or use the Product on more than one computer or by more than one User.
5.4. Incorporate the assets into any product intended for resale or redistribution, including:

• design bundles
• logo packs
• template libraries
• digital collections
• downloadable design resources
• 5.5. Upload or integrate the assets into AI systems, machine learning models, or neural network training databases.
• 5.6. Create competing or derivative products based on Crazy Logo assets.
• 5.7. Publish, upload, or otherwise reveal editable files in any publicly accessible environment, including cloud drives.

Violation of these restrictions results in immediate license termination without refund.

6. Third-Party Fonts (Google Fonts)6.1. Crazy Logo Products may use Google Fonts or other free fonts in demos and previews.
6.2. Fonts are not included in the Product download.
6.3. Fonts shown in previews are for display purposes only.
6.4. All fonts remain the property of their respective owners.
6.5. Users must download fonts separately and comply with their licenses.
7. Payments & Refund Policy7.1. Because all Products are digital, all sales are final.
7.2. Refunds are not provided once the digital file or download link has been delivered.
7.3. Refunds may only be issued if:

• the file is corrupted and cannot be replaced, or
• the download link cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our side.
• 7.4. Users are responsible for ensuring their software and hardware can open and use the files before purchasing.

EU Digital Goods Requirement:

By downloading the Product, You consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that You waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
8. Intellectual Property Rights8.1. All Products, designs, graphics, and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Crazy Logo.
8.2. The User receives only a limited license to use the Product as described in these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred.
8.3. Unauthorized distribution or resale will be considered a copyright violation.
9. Limitation of Liability9.1. Crazy Logo is not responsible for:

• loss of data, profits, or revenue,
• business interruption,
• software incompatibility,
• damage caused by use or inability to use the Product,
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.2. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; in such cases, Crazy Logo’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty10.1. Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
10.2. We do not guarantee that:

• files will meet your expectations,
• files will be compatible with all software versions,
• service will be uninterrupted or error-free,
• Products will remain available indefinitely.

11. Updates to Products11.1. Crazy Logo may update or modify Products at any time.
11.2. Users are not guaranteed free updates unless explicitly stated.
11.3. Updated versions may differ in features, structure, or style.
11.4. Older versions may not remain available.

12. Use of the WebsiteThe User agrees not to:

• interfere with the Website’s operation,
• attempt to hack or access restricted areas,
• upload viruses or malicious code,
• violate applicable laws (EU, Estonia, international).

Crazy Logo may suspend or block access to Users violating these Terms.

13. Governing Law & JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
All disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Estonia.
Mandatory consumer-protection laws in the User’s country may apply where required by law.

14. Changes to TermsCrazy Logo may revise these Terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on the Website.
Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
